Marc Meyer is a graduate of the law faculty of the University of Zurich. Fluent in German, French, and English he worked in a variety of management positions in both Swiss and international companies. He was repeatedly called upon to reorganise an ailing company or business unit, and successfully rehabilitated its operations and finances. In addition to many years experience of contract negotiations, Marc Meyer also has a broad experience in the founding, managing, buying, selling, merging and splitting of companies in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, the United States, and Chile. He is a certified ISO auditor and has lead the ISO-certification process from zero to certification in one of his positions.

Silvio Meyer is a graduate of the business & economics faculty of the University of St. Gallen, one of the leading business schools in Europe. Fluent in German, English, Spanish, and French, he worked for many years in a variety of operational and strategic positions for Swarovski, a global company selling high-end luxury products. He set up and managed branch offices with wholesale and retail operations in Chile and in other Latin American countries and was also later responsible for the distribution network of all European subsidiaries, particularly those in Germany, Switzerland, the Benelux, France, UK, Spain, Italy, and Greece. Later he worked for several years as a business consultant primarily in the areas of buying and selling companies and in the strategic and cultural management of merger situations. He thus brings extensive experience in multicultural management and combines strategic thinking with hands-on entrepreneurship needed in new ventures.
